You can do the following:
First you can choose start and go to control panel. That After choose Clock and Region on Window 10 and countinue you choose Region and that after you choose adminstrative and countinue you can choose change language location system and you can find come language Chinese (Simplified,PRC) or (Singapore) and you can Deselect Bookmark at Unicode UTF8
After completing the computer procedure, you will restart itself and you can enter the map game as usual
